Functional Exercise Training- is a group of exercises that involve training the body for the activities performed in daily life. 

Some benefits of this type of program are improved strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance, and endurance.

Other benefits may include more physical energy, a boost in mood, more self- confidence, and feelings of hope in one's ability to overcome physical challenges.


We offer every client a customized group of exercises designed to meet specific goals. These goals are determined by the client, family members, and the trainer. The goals might change as needs or wants to develop along the way.

It's never too late to get started. Below are pictures of a 91-year-old client who had never formally exercised until her 90's. Once she began, exercise became her hobby.
