Functional Fitness Training is a group of exercises that involve training the body for the activities performed in daily life.

Every client is offered a customized program. Healthy, injured, or wheelchair bound seniors will all benefit from some type of exercise.  Our job is to find out which exercises will be the safest and most efficient for the best possible outcome.
A program of one hour 1 to 3 days a week will make a world of difference in the life of anyone who is 65 and over.
We can add your recent physical therapy exercises into the program.

Custom Body will bring the program to you!  
Our price includes mobile service to your home or assisted living.
